Cheltikov Hotel - Kars

The room I stayed in at Cheltikov Hotel was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the citadel and many restaurants and cafes. The hotel also had a lovely garden. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a fine historical building and is situated in a great location near the city center and close to the castle. The room was spacious and clean, with wonderful wood paneling. The breakfast was delicious, especially the cheese selection. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

the hotel was located just around the corner from the main street, making it very convenient to explore the city. the room was spacious, clean with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet was amazing with local cheese and herbs. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay unforgettable. the beautiful garden in the back was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing.

We had some language barriers with the staff which made communication difficult at times.

Beautiful Historical Building, Friendly Staff I had a fantastic weekend at this hotel in a beautifully renovated historical building. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and hot water always available. the staff were friendly and accommodating, although communication was sometimes limited, they still managed to make us feel welcome. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of cheeses, including one with herbs, and the garden out back was a lovely spot to enjoy it.

Hard to Find, Limited English the hotel was a bit difficult to find by car, but once we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff. Unfortunately, communication was a bit of a challenge as only one person spoke some English.

The Cheltikov Hotel in Kars offers comfortable rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, well-heated rooms, excellent architecture, historical charm.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay at a hotel with beautiful architecture. The interior design was impressive and the rooms were fabulous. The staff was extremely polite, helpful and polite, which made our stay enjoyable. there were delicious breakfast plates, offering a lot of cheese varieties.

The extreme chilly environment made it challenging to walk around half a km for any good restaurant, especially with kids. Unfortunately, the hotel did not have in-house restaurant or staff speaking English.

Nestled in a historic building, this hotel fulfils every luxurious need. the elegantly decorated rooms, equipped with exclusive amenities, gives an aura of sophistication. the restaurant, with its delectable menu, is a gastronomic treat. the private facilities offered, are pristine.

the swift service that followed immediately rectified the situation.
